Drawing inspiration from modern Californian farmhouses, the two-story homes will range from 4,000 to 6,000 sqft in size. Each home will include a pool, summer kitchen, and high-end finishes.
The initial plan involves constructing 4 model homes with unique floor plans to cater to a wide range of buyers. Subsequently, an additional 3 houses will be built, following a construction cycle of blocks of 4 and 3 residences, with intervals of approximately 2 months.
